What is grass roots outreach? Grass roots outreach means that local people, from local churches in the community are coming together to make their community better, one neighborhood at a time. Grass roots community outreach seems to work better because people serving alongside of each other are connected to the community and neighborhoods.
Keeping community local church outreach at a grass roots level will allow churches who really know the issues and needs of the community to come together to make a difference. It also works best because people are already in relationship with their neighbors and businesses in the community.
