Metro Community Outreach (MCO) is a network of people, churches and ministries serving together. Dan Cotter is the founder of MCO and pastor of The Church Upcounty in Clarksburg, MD (upcounty.org). Dan's main team role is to help MCO continue to connect like-minded churches, ministries and people together for outreach in the Washington, D.C. area.

Over the years, the leadership teams of MCO have been involved in a number of outreaches in the D.C. area. For example, they have served as Volunteer Outreach Leaders for the Promise Keepers Stadium Events and other outreach festivals such as (christonthemall.org).

MCO is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation. All donations to MCO are tax deductible for income tax purposes.

outreaches in a community.
